WDLT117 promises the authenticity of every item in our store. Some items may include the designer’s proof of authenticity (dust bag, serial number, authenticity certificate).

Sizing varies among designers. To choose the best fit we recommend reviewing the measurements provided on the product page. You can also contact our sales team by emailing, and they can provide you with any necessary and useful measurements.

We accept payment online via Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal, and Apple Pay. Only one payment method may be used on a single order.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and Union Pay in-store.

All information shared with WDLT 117 Apparel Inc. when placing an order is confidential. We use secure systems in order to ensure that details pertaining to your accounts remain private. Please review our Privacy Policy if you have any further questions or comments.

Order Processing
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. The order confirmation acts as an invoice and includes your order number and all relevant details. For exclusive releases, we reserve the right to limit quantities per order and/or customer.

Once your order is placed a standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required before the order is shipped out. Orders placed may be processed the next business day and orders placed over the weekend and on holidays may be processed the next business day. Please note that during peak sale periods processing times may vary.

Shipping Policy

WDLT117 offers local courier service delivery with Fleet Canada.  WDLT117 offers shipping services with Canada Post and UPS for domestic orders, and Canada Post, UPS, and DHL for International orders. Shipment quotes provided online are directly from our service providers, and delivery dates provided are estimates and NOT GUARANTEED.  Please note that for international orders that leave Canada, we cannot estimate nor can be held responsible when there are delays resulting from customs clearance/duty payment issues at the country of residence of the receiver. 

WDLT117 offers free shipping to:

Local Delivery - Minimum spend amount $200.00 before applicable taxes on regular priced and sale (non-clearance) items.  Choose between next day delivery via courier(Someone must be home to receive), or Canada Post Expedited service. 

Everywhere else in Canada - Minimum spend amount of $300.00 before applicable taxes on regular and sale (non-clearance) priced items.*

Anywhere in the USA - Minimum spend amount of $400.00 on regular priced and sale (non-clearance) items.*

All International - Minimum spend amount of $800.00 on regular priced and sale (non-clearance) items.*

*Some products due to size or customs paperwork requirements may not be able to be shipped domestically or internationally(Including the US).  If you receive an error message at check out this could be because you have 1 or more of those items in your checkout cart.  Please contact an associate at

For DHL and UPS shipments, DHL and UPS will be handling your parcel from door-to-door. Orders where Canada Post is the shipping carrier, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery once it clears customs. Note that more detailed tracking information can often be found by tracing your parcel on the website of your local shipping carrier(i.e. USPS, China Post, UK Post, etc.).

Note that all international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We have no control over if or how much you will be charged for these fees, and we do not accept responsibility for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you. You will be contacted by your local shipping carrier, or DHL/UPS directly if there are any duties or fees that require payment; however, we advise that you follow the tracking information closely in case there are any updates regarding customs clearance.  We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances. Return Policy
Exchange or store credit ONLY within 14 days of delivery or in store purchase.

Items are eligible for exchange or store credit as long as they are in their original, unwashed, unworn and unaltered state. All original tags as received at time of purchase must be in tact. Intimate apparel and swimwear must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact, and should only be tried on with personal undergarments. Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and original shoe box in good condition as these are considered part of the product.

Items at 50% discount or more, items that are part of the "Last Piece" sales promotion, special orders, exotic skin accessories, jewelry, lifestyle/interior products, books and magazines, skincare and personal care items are considered FINAL SALE.

WDLT117 does not refund or reimburse customers any return shipping fees. Please note if a shipment is refused by the receiver or returned without authorization, we reserve sole discretion whether to grant a full or partial refund.

Please ensure all returned items are packed and sealed securely. We recommend using a courier service that provides a tracking number, we do not provide return shipping labels and are not responsible for any delayed or lost return packages.

WDLT117 reserves the right to decline exchanges or store credits if the items do not meet these conditions.

Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
