Collection: PATOU
Born in 1887, Jean Patou founded his first couture house when he was just 23 years old. A true aesthete and pioneer, Jean Patou designed evening gowns that were as elegantly simple as they were chic, along with the first relaxed sportswear collections. In 2018 Maison Jean Patou was reborn with a new name – Patou – and a new creative director Guillaume Henry.
Born in France in 1978, Guillaume Henry studied at the Duperré School of Design, Fashion and Creation followed by IFM, the Institut Français de la Mode. After graduating, he quickly made a name for himself at Givenchy under the direction of Julien MacDonald and Riccardo Tisci. In 2009, Henry took over the artistic direction of Carven, where he revived the heritage house’s ready-to-wear with a fresh and modern take on feminine dressing. In 2015, Henry was appointed as Creative Director of Nina Ricci.
